Azienda Agricola Germani brings to the table, every day, safe and certified products, grown enriching the environment and our land.
The production of peaches and apricots has reached its highest quality standard in the environment of the Valle dell’Aso of Lapedona. The features of its soil, rich in humus and easily irrigable, the climate – mild in the winter and temperate in the summer – make it the ideal place for the production of fruits.
Exclusively produced with olives picked in the oliveyard of the “Azienda Agricola Massimo Germani”, located in the fertile hills overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
It is obtained by selected olives – leccino, saragano and frantoio – directly from the fully mature plant. Olives are treated according to the traditional method of stone pressing and cold extraction. Extra virgin olive oil, unfiltered and with very good acid levels, with a greenish-gold color, an intense aroma and extraordinary taste.
The “Vino Cotto” is an old alcoholic beverage, in which elements of the Marche tradition and culture revive. Mainly produced in the winemaking areas of the provinces of Fermo, Ascoli Piceno and Macerata, the production in the Azienda Agricola German is obtained with methods of ageing passed down through generations.
